I recently got a new pet so this store is perfect. It has everything I need for my pet from food to toys beds and treatments! It's just really nice to have everything I'm looking for and the prices are reasonable. They have tons of items on clearance and there always having some sort of sale going on. The people that work there are super nice and helpful and I love that. Store is always fully stocked for your needs. Store is always kept nice and clean. I just can't say enough good things about it but overall a very good pet store 😊

Awesome quality products with incredibly helpful staff members! I went here to spoil my little 11lb mutt with some fun stuff and walked out so thrilled with my experience. Ariel helped me and was patient, great with my dog and knowledgeable about all the products I inquired about. She helped me fit my dog properly for a harness, select the best treats for my little guy and was patient when my dog had a small accident (#2 🥴) in the store. If you are in need of anything for your pet, this is the place to go, you will have an awesome selection and work with upbeat, knowledgeable staff!

We love our PFE! The employees are THE best. Always kind. Always helpful. Super knowledgeable. The buy 3 get 1 free makes pricey pet things kind of affordable. Hoping nothing changes with the corporate buyout.

I highly recommend coming here, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have lots of options for food, treats, & more. The self-service bath area is well light & clean.

Really great experience researching and reaffirming dog feeding habits and food transition processes. I learned a lot from Kyle who patiently went into some of their products , differences and benefits on types of protein or treats. We have what we found out to be an American bully almost 2 yrs old and want her to be healthy so it was helpful to learn about raw food options and why it’s good to mix it up sometimes or how to and be preventative instead of reactive when it comes to the healthy things in life

Business is slow enough to render quick customer service but busy enough that to show it’s reliable/in demand. Service staff tends to be attentive, well-informed about products and helpful. Cost of items can seem overpriced, though some sales make things more accessible. There’s ample space for parking, and convenient returns when you buy food that’s not liked by your animal.

The best place in the Bay for food, toys, treats, whenever you need for your pet. I also use their self-service bath, which is included in their buy 3 get 1 free deal, and it's so much easier on your back than a bathtub. Plus, they support animal shelters and rescues all over the Bay Area. Great products and I just love this company too.
